I have posted the most current 3D printable file to the Virtual Classroom and you can download it here: http://www.thumbsat.com/stl-file-for-thumbsat-v4/classroom-item-1481842064
The file is intended to be printed as a single sided print, laying flat on the printer plate. It is not an exact recreation of the v4 satellite, by any means, but for getting the point across while talking with someone, it does a very nice job.

As you'll see, if you carefully change filament colors as the print is progressing, you can get a fairly nice looking little model out of it.
